We are looking for a commercial employee to focus on accounting (60–100%) starting in October 2025 or by agreement.

Your responsibilities:

• Independent management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including dunning
• Assisting with human resources
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports and support with annual financial statements.
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Collaboration in order processing, including holiday cover.
• General administrative tasks and telephone service.
• Training responsibility for commercial apprentices.

Your profile:

• Completed basic commercial training
• Training as a vocational trainer, or willingness to undertake such training.
• At least two years' professional experience in accounting.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
• Experience with Sage 200 (orders and finance) would be advantageous.
• A precise, independent and structured approach to work.
• Confident written and spoken German
• Good written and spoken English skills
