Under the motto “Use instead of waste”, we have not only focused on sustainability, but also unleashed our creativity. The former trade fair banners have now become unique elements that embellish our workspace in the long term and set an example for teamwork, creativity, sustainability and innovation. 🌍💡

A festive end to the year at Restaurant Krone

The year is drawing to a close and what could be better than celebrating this time together with colleagues over a cozy Christmas dinner? Last Friday, we gathered at Restaurant Krone to bring the year to a close together and get in the mood for the festive season.

The restaurant provided us with a beautiful setting for this special evening. After a walk together in Baar (ZG) and the 265 steps of the Schlaufensteg, we were looking forward to our dinner. A pleasant ambience and a friendly welcome put us in the Christmas spirit, and the menu was a highlight itself.

The evening was not only an opportunity to enjoy time together but also to look back on the year. We exchanged ideas and laughed a lot in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. We are excited to see what the next year brings.

Who hasn't seen them, the large tarpaulins that attract attention at exhibitions and events? But what happens to these high-quality materials when the last day is over? They often lead a sad existence in storage or get thrown away. Yet they harbour potential for creative reuse and that's exactly what we thought about.
Our aim was not only to reuse the banners, but to showcase them in a place that serves them well: directly in our own rooms.
Now that we have an idea, it's time for us to get into action.
Who knows? Perhaps one day we will become a role model for other companies who want to give their old banners a new lease of life. Come and see for yourself where the banners make our company shine.

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of 2nd grade students to our company Triag International. The young people had the opportunity to get to know various professions such as polymechanic, design engineer, logistician and business administrator.

During their visit, the students practiced exciting tasks that gave them a practical insight into the world of work. The great commitment of our apprentices, who had prepared and planned the whole event, deserves special mention. They guided the students through the company and ensured that the two-hour tour was both informative and entertaining.

At the end of the day, each student had the opportunity to create a personalized magnet to take home as a memento of their visit. This creative project rounded off the day and left a lasting impression.

At swissMODULAR🇨🇭by Triag International AG , training the next generation is a matter close to our hearts. It is not only important for passing on knowledge and essential for our business, but also crucial for the successful continuation of our success story. This event was also celebrated in this case. A joint visit with the trainer to the Swiss army knife manufacturer, Victorinox.

On August 30, 2024, Triag International AG held its summer event—an afternoon full of fun, team spirit, and competition. The whole team gathered at Bocciadromo for a game of boccia, where we laughed a lot. The apprentice team claimed the victory! After the exciting matches, the group headed to the Pizzeria La Barracca, where they enjoyed a delicious meal. It was a day that strengthened the bonds within the team even more and will surely be remembered.

True to the motto “Managed by our future”, the apprentices from Triag International and Tribur Invent planned their first appearance at a trade fair.The Swiss Production Forum took place in Zurich in November 2021. The two sister companies presented the highlights from their portfolios at the event. “A great experience,” said the apprentices.

For once, not operating the machine, packing the orders, designing the customer order or preparing the quotation. A total of six apprentices set themselves the goal of making a successful appearance. With success! For Beat Baumgartner, owner and managing director of the two companies, it was the highlight of the year. “Fabian, Gian, Ken, Nikola, Sonja and Victor did an exemplary job.” They contributed their own ideas and coordinated the measures before, during and after the trade fair as a team. Of course, they also had an experienced person to help them. The result and the response were extremely positive. Let's see what else the apprentices will be “managing” in the near future. We remain curious! 

Since June 2021, our electricity needs have been partly covered by a new 100 m2 solar power system! This project is an important step towards more sustainable production. The team is also happy about the new covered area, which is perfect for a coffee in between.

"Schwingen" is the Swiss national sport. We have been supporting this traditional discipline as a sponsoring partner for many years. Also through our sister company Tribur Invent GmbH. (www.tribur.ch).
It goes without saying that we are therefore supporting this year's ESAF in Zug. The Swiss Wrestling and Alpine Festival is the biggest event in Swiss wrestling. Sponsorship contributions are made in the form of “gifts of honor”. We have therefore come up with something very special. Namely a home-made bar table made of cast mineral. The second gift was a wooden chest of drawers. Christian Stucki took home the “winning muni”, Rapin Florent and Dominik Hess were delighted with the bar table.

More about the bar table: The 60 cm diameter table top is made from crushed gravel, which comes from the Bernese Oberland. It is cast by our Meiringen specialists in Hünenberg. The wood for the table legs was carefully selected from the Zug region. The stainless steel inlays and the clock case were manufactured in our own precision workshop in Hünenberg. The bar table is a fusion of Bernese and Central Swiss knowledge and materials. Just like the encounters of our wrestlers, which give our tradition that certain something. This unique ESAF bar table is one of a kind worldwide.
